Crow Is An OG Prospect To Watch For
#links# The Javelinas won the team title, amassing 65 points, 14 ahead of Ashland, a surprise (to us) second place finisher. He was a starter and team captain for the Mustangs under head coach Larry Calhoun. He started all 18 games while on the varsity roster. Sharer was an All-Conference honorable mention, Daily Herald All-Area honorable mention, and Pioneer Press All-Area honorable mention selection. He is also a member of the track and field team as a thrower. He is the son of Amy Sharer.
Dean Bryan is a certified athletic trainer, licensed in MO and IL, USAWL1 Coach, Certified Weight Management Assessor, and Level 2 Immediate Care in Rugby. He has over 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach as well as an athletic trainer. His combined knowledge of strength and conditioning along with sports medicine allows him to have a wholistic approach to athletic performance enhancement.
SEAHA's commitment to generating public awareness regarding Heritage Science is demonstrated by this event, run in conjunction with the Royal Society of Chemistry. Events of this type benefit the school students by showing them the practical application of the knowledge taught, during the A-Level cycle, outside of the prerequisite experiments. It also helps expand their awareness of the many possibilities opened by studying a STEM subject at Third-level.
It was a cool experience in Queensland. I stayed with two other para-athletes - Anna Grimaldi and Caitlin Dore - in an apartment at a holiday village. It was a perfect set up. We had a swimming pool to aid recovery and the training track and gym were together at the same complex only five minutes drive away.
