Though diets and preferences vary throughout India, most people follow a primarily plant-based diet. We came to China with an open mind about everything including the food. I read this article in The Times once that said it is more effective to diet (Control how you eat) rather than exercise. The best opportunities will incorporate some of what has made weight loss services so successful in the past along with the more comprehensive lifestyle choices that today's consumer is looking for. Businesses that can resonate with THAT consumer will continue to thrive.
Individual appetite responses to exercise are varied. Working out has little effect on hunger in some people, yet makes others ravenous. There's not much you can do about it either way.
