I was so pleased that I didn't give up and finished the challenge. My final weight loss and particularly the inch loss from my waist made it all worth it. When you see a result like that, you soon realise that 7 challenging days in a fantastic environment is achievable if you just stick with it and believe you can do it. Much to my surprise, I would definitely do it again as long as I take more blister plasters and it's well worth investing in high quality, comfortable walking boots.
